  • 6/8 Week Classes:

    There is a $20 processing fee for any refunds on 6/8 week classes.

    If you have chosen to cancel within a week of the class start date, we will not provide a refund. If canceled within 8-14 days of class start date: 1/2 refund (less the processing fee).

    FULL REFUND (less the processing fee) available 15+ days before the class start date.

    One-Time Lessons:

    One-Time classes are non-refundable. You are allowed to reschedule your class 24 hours prior to your lesson.

    Workshops:

    There is a $10 processing fee for refunds on workshops.

    If you have chosen to cancel within a week of the workshop start date, we will not provide a refund.

    FULL REFUND (less the processing fee) available 7+ days before the workshop start date.

    Note: There may not be a rescheduling option since most of our workshops are one-offs.

  • Those taking 6-8 week classes are allotted one 3 hour open studio session as a makeup for a missed class. This open studio time is an independent session without instruction. We cannot spread the 3 hours across numerous days.

    Here are the open studio time slots for those enrolled in 6-8 week classes:

    Wed-Fri
    12pm-6pm

    Sat & Sun
    12pm-6pm

    Additional Open Studio time is charged on a sliding scale basis of $10-20/hr. Weekend availability is limited.

  • We have established minimum enrollments for each 6/8 week class. If, unfortunately, a class does not reach minimum, we will postpone that class to allow more time for enrollment. In this scenario, we will offer a refund if the new class schedule is unworkable for you.

    In the event that a one-time lesson does not meet the minimum enrollment, we will offer to reschedule the class. In this scenario, we can also offer a refund.

  • We have limited parking in front of our studio. Please be prepared to park on nearby streets (46th or 47th) and be aware of the residential parking restrictions.

    Please do not park at our neighbors businesses during their open hours! They may have your vehicle towed.

  • All Classes are 18+. We offer private lessons for all ages. Check out our private lesson tab to request a lesson.

    Our date nights are 21+.

  • Classes make perfect experience gifts!

    At this time, Feats of Clay offers physical gift cards, only.

    If you are local, you can swing by during our open hours, Wed-Sun from 12pm-6pm and purchase a gift card.

    If you aren’t local, please feel free to give us a call at 512-453-2111 and we can do the transaction over the phone and then hold the gift card for your recipient to pick up.
